China Colors Return & Replacement Policy

At China Colors, it's quite rare for customers to receive products in less than perfect condition. However, there are occasions when things may not go as expected, and we want to maintain a bond of trust with our valued customers. Therefore, we offer the option to return products that are damaged or incorrectly designed.

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it, provided your item meets the following criteria:

The return request is made within 3 days from the delivery date.

All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be damaged or tampered with.

If the item was sent with a free promotional gift, the free item must also be returned.

Refunds or replacements are subject to inspection by the China Colors team.

Replacements depend on stock availability with the supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount.

Reasons for Returns & Replacements:

Product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

Size mismatch for clothing (This policy applies only if the size on the invoice doesn’t match the delivered product. If the invoice and delivered item’s size match, returns will not be considered).

Color mismatch for clothing.

Wrongly printed clothing (e.g., design mismatch, wrong design, incorrect placement of design).

Wrong product sent.

How to Return:

Contact China Colors Customer Care by emailing support@chinacolorsbd.com within 3 days after receiving your order.

Once we receive your return or pick-up request, we will conduct a quality check of the product. If the reason for the return is valid, we will replace the product with a new one or proceed with a refund.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed after evaluating your return.

If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

The Cash on Delivery convenience charge and shipping charge are non-refundable.

If you selected Cash on Delivery (COD), no refund will be processed as no payment was made for the order.

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer, the refund will be processed to the same payment method used.

If there was a duplicate payment due to a technical error, a refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days. If you do not receive your refund within this time, please contact us at support@chinacolorsbd.com, and we will investigate the issue.
